The Full Story

About Me

After a successful career in non-profit fund raising, I received my Associates Degree in Massage Therapy from Monroe Community College in May, 2004 and received my NYS Massage Therapy License in June, 2004.

I have worked in private practice as well as staff therapist at Rochester's largest spa and have had the pleasure of working with hundreds of people.

Massage therapy can be a useful tool to supplement physical therapy and chiropractic care as well as an important tool for athletes recovering from everyday workouts and people who find working on computers all day to be challenging to their shoulders and neck.

I specialize in deep tissue and modified Swedish massage techniques to help relax muscles tension that causes lower back pain, shoulder/neck pain, and sciatic pain as well as generalized relaxation for stress management.
